Farewell Joanna!

It's 1:30 am and Joanna' leaves in less than 12 hours. Joanna's collecting everything she came to Guam with (and MORE!) and my mother's expertly packing her suitcase, while my cousin Maria and I watch The West Wing in the family room. It's a typical night when someone's readying to leave the island. Friends and family came to visit for a bit, and now we're all pretty sad thinking about what's to come in a few hours. There has been some major bonding over the 6 days that I've been home-rosaries, guitar hero, cooking Father's Day brunch, tanning around some of the island's best spots, strolling back and forth from Tamuning to Yigo, and lots of cleaning! Seriously, I feel like I've been home for a month. I'm sure my stay on Guam will continue to be wonderful, but it's just not the same without my big sister here anymore. I love you and will miss you, Joanna!!!
